Enver Çetinkaya graduated from Istanbul Technical University's Department of Petroleum Engineering in 1988. In 1989, he started working as a Well Completion Engineer within the Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO). After serving for 6 years in TPAO's domestic projects, he worked as a field and operations engineer for 4 years in KazahkTürkMunay, a joint company of TPAO in Kazakhstan. After holding various roles in TPAO's domestic and international projects, Çetinkaya served as the Head of Well Completion Services Department between 2012 and 2018, and he continues to serve as the Head of Engineering Department at TPAO.
